I am a Peace Corps Volunteer living in Punta Gorda Town, Belize. I will be serving from June 2007 – August 2009. While living in Belize I will be working with a local NGO, Plenty Belize. I was sent here to help with organizational strengthening and development, however most days I work with school gardens and on the variety of other projects that Plenty is involved with.
